Cancellation Policy for All Reservations: $25 fee per reservation. If you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit of one nights stay. If your stay is 8 days or longer there is a $25 cancellation fee unless you wait and cancell within 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancell within 30 days prior to arrival you will forfeit your deposit of 50% down. There are no refunds for early departures.
